I also had issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was spotty at best. That made it difficult when I needed to get some work done. I waited quite some time for coffee in the office, but they ran out and didn't restock. Overall, there were some bright spots, but definitely some areas needing attention.

Waking up late after all that trouble just added to the stress of the stay.

The room had nice amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. The roll-in shower and grab bars were great for ease of use. I appreciated the private bathroom and TV for entertainment. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch.

The Quadruple Room was decent for our quick stay. The room kind of smelled like cigarettes, but overall it was clean and had a fresh coat of paint. Had some trouble with the air conditioning, but it did the job just fine for a night. It was nice being close to my daughter's school, so that worked out well!
